When the service is delivered
Ours is a multiple session career advisory service that is delivered through assessment and face to face / Skype / telephonic discussions. The service is deemed to be delivered as soon as a person takes our proprietary Career Guidance assessment and completes one session with our guidance specialist.
Cancellations
We do take utmost care and ensure that the full program is delivered to the person as per mutual convenience. Once the service gets delivered, we do not have any provision for cancellation of the service that the person has purchased or subscribed to.
If you are not satisfied
In case you feel that you did not get the service to your satisfaction level, you are requested to write to contact@lodestar.guru for an additional session.
Full refund
The customer will be entitled to a full refund in case Lodestar is not able to deliver the assessment as well as the first session due to some unforeseen circumstances.
